Gather Support

The next step is to gather support from your organization, and involve key decision-makers in the planning process. Is there buy-in from all or some of the other groups within the organization? Does the executive director approve? Does the director of marketing agree? Does the membership director think this is necessary?

It is crucial to gain support from all the users in the organization. Input from the staff and volunteers may also be a good way to increase momentum for this project.
